1.5-inch diameter round profile cap rail in a 6-foot section. Sits on top of glass panels with a rubber gasket for a secure, rattle-free fit. The round profile meets graspable handrail requirements per IBC 1014 and ADA standards.

When to Choose Round Profile
Choose the round cap rail when your railing must serve as a graspable handrail, such as along staircases or in commercial applications requiring ADA compliance. Building codes require handrails to be between 1.25" and 2" in diameter — this 1.5" rail fits perfectly. For a more modern, angular look where handrail compliance isn't required, consider our square or rectangular slim profiles.
