Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy on Hardware
Hardware items including spigots, connectors, cap rails, and gate hardware may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in original, unused condition with all packaging and components included. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
Glass Panels Are Final Sale
All tempered glass panels are custom products and are final sale. Glass panels cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We strongly recommend verifying all measurements before placing your order. If you are unsure about sizing, submit your measurements through our free quote form and our team will help you determine the correct panels for your project.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@glass-railings.com with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you. Do not discard damaged items until we have confirmed the replacement.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email info@glass-railings.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
If you need a different finish or size, contact us before returning the original item. We can often arrange a direct exchange, which is faster than returning and reordering separately.
