Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

All orders ship from our US warehouse via standard ground shipping. Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

Free Shipping

Orders totaling $500 or more qualify for free standard shipping to any address in the contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii shipments may incur additional fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

Glass Panel Shipping

Tempered glass panels are packed in custom crating designed to prevent breakage during transit. Each panel is individually wrapped and cushioned. Despite careful packaging, glass is a fragile product. Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Take photographs of the damaged packaging and contents. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@glass-railings.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost for items damaged in transit.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
